The following Rules (these "Terms") are super important and you should read them carefully. By using PokéPath TD, you're saying "yes" to following these rules. This agreement is between you and PokéPath TD (we'll call ourselves "Site," "we," or "us") and covers how you use our website, all the cool Pokémon tower defense stuff on it, and any related sites we might make later.

WHEN YOU USE POKÉPATH TD AND ITS AWESOME FEATURES, YOU'RE TELLING US YOU ACCEPT THESE TERMS & THAT YOU'RE AT LEAST 16 YEARS OLD. Whenever we say "you" or "your" in these rules, we mean anyone who's defending routes and playing on our site.

Just so you know, these terms include something called "mandatory arbitration" (you can find more about this in Section 11). This basically means if we ever have a disagreement, we'll handle it through arbitration instead of going to court or doing any class action stuff. It's important you understand this part, so take a minute to read it carefully. We want everyone to have fun managing their Pokémon teams and defending routes without any problems!
